I wish I had known about portable storage containers when we were moving to our new home a few years ago, it would have made things much easier. My cousin recently rented one of the 8x8x16 ones to move his family across town and I was amazed that he was able to fit almost his entire house's worth of stuff inside that thing. I'll have to remember that down the line after my wife and I retire and want to move closer to our kids.
